Eagle River in Arrowhead
The Eagle River in Arrowhead has become a very popular location to fish. Due to this popularity, the Arrowhead Board believes fishing access needs to be monitored a little more closely and has developed new fishing rules. The agreement that AVA has with the Department of Wildlife allows 6 people from the general public to fish per day on this section of the river. Arrowhead property owners are not included in this public group and may fish whenever they would like. Property owners and the general public must check in with Public Safety and obtain a “fishing badge” prior to entering the river. As a property owner, you may keep your “fishing badge” for the entire season. You do not need to check in with Public Safety every time you go fishing. All fishing for the general public is by reservation only. Fishing rules and regulations and maps are available at the gatehouse. Public Safety will be monitoring the number of people on the river at any given time.
